Re​turn Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 1 week from the date of purchase, provided there is a convincing reason for the return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Make sure to present the receipt if purchased physically from the shop or the invoice if purchased online.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales under 50 AED are final and cannot be returned.
  • Opened or used headphones, earphones, or similar products for hygiene reasons.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Conditions

  • Returned products must not be different from the ones bought.
  • If the item is found to be used or missing any components from when sold, the return will be declined.
  • A further inspection will be conducted before issuing the refund to ensure the product meets the return criteria.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed upon receiving the product to cash, bank transfer, or the original payment method, depending on the situation.
  • For items bought online, refunds will exclude delivery fees for returning the item to us.
  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges under specific conditions: the item must be unopened, unused, or have a manufacturer defect.

6. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-month warranty for defective products, ensuring our customers receive items in proper working condition. However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs. All claims must be made within the warranty period, and proof of purchase is required for processing.

  • We cannot accept returns on items with missing or damaged packaging unless the product is defective.

9. Lost or Missing Items in Delivery

  • If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue, including providing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Ensure returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for higher-value items to ensure safe delivery.
